We only ever use soy wax, premium fragrance oil blends & essential oil blends in our products. Our waxes, oils, soaps and lotions are all cruelty free and only ever tested on humans. All of our fragrances are paraben and pthalate-free.

Our products are handmade by us in our home in Cardigan, west Wales. We hand-pour in small batches, so natural variations may occur.

As a small business, we cannot offer free samples for our products, however we have made it easy to sample our range by purchasing a Wax Melt Discovery Box. We sometimes add free samples to your order whenever we can- because we're nice like that, and who doesn't love a freebie?

Yes! We are fully insured and strictly adhere to all CLP and safety requirements.

We currently use Royal Mail's 1st Class service to send orders for a flat rate of £3.95. Soap bars and Wax melts are sent out as large letter via Royal Mail at a rate of £1.50, no matter how many you order. Postage is always free when you spend £45+ Occasionally, we may use a courier service for larger orders.

Yes! All of our products are packaged completely free of single-use plastic. Our postal boxes and tape are fully reusable, compostable or recyclable. We encourage customers to reuse all packaging materials, as recycling should always be the last port of call. Our amber glass jars are made with recycled glass and the lids are aluminium, so are fully reusable & recyclable. We try to reuse any packaging we receive, so sometimes your order may arrive in a postal box that was reused from a previous life.

Orders are normally dispatched within 2 working days. Please allow 2-3 days after dispatch for delivery.
